Himalayas is hiring an AI Field Engineer to work directly with ambitious AI-native companies, turning complex challenges into production-ready systems. You will build POCs, MVPs, and production integrations while engaging with customers, account executives, and engineering teams.

You’ll deploy AI workloads, work with open-source models, and contribute to product improvements. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, product, and customer delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of client-facing technical or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML or generative AI applications.
• Experience working with LLMs and/or open-source AI models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and executives.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers to understand technical and business challenges.
• Design and build POCs, MVPs, and production AI applications.
• Deploy and optimize LLM and generative AI workloads in production.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal product/engineering teams.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
