Candidates should have 3+ years in data/AI delivery, strong SQL and Python skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. This role offers high autonomy and direct influence on product roadmaps for US growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, AI product delivery, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience onboarding, training, and managing customer adoption.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and Python for scripting and API integration.
• Hands-on AI/LLM work from prototype to production.
• Strong troubleshooting for data pipelines and integrations.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding — provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adoption.
• POC — lead client POC/pilot engagements, define objectives, secure sign-off.
• Delivery — end-to-end AI product delivery, data prep, integration, and go-live.
• Solutioning — tailor data collection, metric design, and model applications.
• Advocacy — promote data- and AI-driven thinking and best practices.
• Analysis — run complex AI delivery projects and deliver insights.
• Collaboration — work with R&D and product; support API/SDK integration.
