Job summary

Swayable is seeking a Product Manager to own AI-powered feature development from discovery to production. You will prototype, test, and refine AI experiences, working across engineering, data science, design, and customer success to deliver fast, robust features.

You will translate learnings into concrete specs, ensure architectural clarity, and stay at the cutting edge of applied AI while shipping impactful products for social impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience building GenAI production applications or prototypes.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank.
• Experience at a high growth technology startup.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own development and improvement of AI-powered features across the Swayable platform.
• Blend product discovery, rapid iteration, and hands-on execution.
• Prototype, QA, and translate learnings into robust specs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and customer success.
• Maintain modular, scalable architecture and clear technical storytelling.
