You will prototype and refine property listing packages, lease abstracts, venue sourcing proposals, and run-of-show schedules within premium hospitality and real estate contexts, delivering precise, well-crafted output with strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization.
• Hands‑on command of event run‑of‑show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated property listings, leases, and venue proposals.
