Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. This is a 1099 contract role with remote, flexible hours and weekly pay, plus incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations.
