Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring outputs. You will compare image and video pairs, explain what is off, and work on your own schedule from home or while traveling.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate concise, evidence-based explanations. Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. Remote international applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for artifacts (distortions, flicker, text errors, audio-video mismatch).
• Write explanations in English detailing what was observed.
