Outlier offers a fully remote, flexible schedule where you review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating image/video pairs. You’ll explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, helping frontier AI systems improve in real-world tasks.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, patient and able to replay or zoom in on details.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think quickly and explain reasoning in natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsabilidades

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear they sound.
• Ranking AI-generated image/video pairs to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickers, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
