Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Remote work and weekly payments are offered. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to provide clear, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify details.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and how they could be improved.
