Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on your schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write concise explanations highlighting what looked or sounded off to improve model performance.

Responsibilities include rating outputs on realism and adherence, inspecting details, and providing evidence-based feedback to help advance frontier AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live English conversation with AI voice models and assess naturalness.
• Ranking AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot visual or audio issues.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations.
