Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience developing and delivering technology training or instructional content.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on enterprise applications and collaboration tools.
• Provide individualized coaching and support for faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with campus partners to assess training needs.
