Job summary

Artiminds in Wichita, KS seeks an experienced Tableau Developer & Data Analyst with AI/GenAI skills to design enterprise dashboards, reports, and KPI solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable analytics, optimize data sources, and work with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights using Tableau, SQL, Python, and AI tooling.

The role combines traditional BI with Generative AI, including LLM-driven analytics, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise Tableau dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive analytics.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable data visualization and analytics solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and insights.
Develop and optimize Tableau data sources, exports, calculated fields, parameters, and filters.
Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics.
Work with multiple data sources and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Develop SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Use Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn for advanced analytics.
Support ETL and data preparation for analytics and reporting.
Establish data quality and governance standards for dashboards.
