Job summary

Responsibilities include data collection and preparation, trend analysis, and creating executive dashboards for leadership. Strong Excel/SQL skills and 3–7 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years in data analysis, reporting, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL; Python or R preferred.
• Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, data cleansing, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather data from internal systems.
• Validate, cleanse, and preprocess datasets for accuracy and consistency.
• Structure datasets for multi-dimensional analysis (time period, program/area, severity level, employee attributes).
• Perform detailed analysis across quality metrics and defect data.
• Generate weekly and monthly trend insights.
• Build analytical models and recurring reports; standardize KPIs and templates.
• Develop executive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or PowerPoint.
