Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will work with dashboards, reports, KPIs, data visualizations, and BI platforms to provide accurate, practical feedback that helps train next-generation AI systems.

You will review and refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks; validate data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic; test AI agents such as ChatGPT

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Hands-on experience building or validating dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing data, calculations, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Build or refine dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.
• Check data sources, calculations, metrics, and reporting logic for accuracy.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable business insights.
• Test AI agents such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork in analytics workflows.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
