Job summary

CivicPlus is hiring a Compliance Program Manager to define how work is requested, tracked, and reported across R&D, building dashboards and AI-assisted workflows that replace ad hoc spreadsheets. You will coordinate audits, manage milestones, and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation aligned with CJIS, GovRAMP/FedRAMP, SOC 2, and PCI-DSS standards.

Your role drives cross-functional alignment, owns the program calendar, and translates regulatory requirements into actionable engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience supporting security, compliance, infrastructure, or technology operations.
• Experience establishing program management standards, processes, and tooling where none existed.
• Direct experience with InfoSec and regulatory compliance frameworks (CJIS, HIPAA, GovRAMP/FedRAMP, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
• Working knowledge of CJIS requirements and translating obligations into controls.
• Familiarity with GovRAMP and FedRAMP; exposure to SOC 2 / NIST is a plus.
• Experience coordinating across security and engineering functions (DevOps, SRE, platform).
• Ability to build trackers, dashboards, and reporting in PM tools; AI-assisted workflows a plus.
• Strong communication to translate technical details to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish, document, and own program management standards for R&D, including intake, prioritization, status reporting, escalation, and change management.
• Build a single source of truth for program status with dashboards and consolidated tooling.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and ownership.
• Introduce automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Own the program calendar including audits, attestations, remediation deadlines, and training renewals.
• Coordinate compliance program activities for CivicPlus products with owners and deadlines.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, policies, procedures, and evidence.
• Track findings, risks, exceptions, and remediation; escalate blockers.
• Support audits, third-party assessments, customer security questionnaires, and RFP responses.
• Monitor changes to security/compliance requirements and assess impact on products.
