Meta's Regulatory Compliance Programs (RCP) is the central engine driving risk management and compliance for Meta and its apps. We’re seeking experienced GRC, Trust & Safety, or Security professionals to deliver compliant products at global scale.

As a Program Manager on the Compliance Assurance team, you will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy to embed compliance into lifecycles and enable faster, safer product launches.

• Partner with Product teams to enable risk-reducing measures including integrated monitoring, reporting, and oversight.
• Embed compliance evaluations into early-stage product lifecycles, enabling early mitigation and accelerated product launches.

We're seeking experienced GRC, Trust & Safety, or Security professionals to help enable and safeguard Meta's products and services, which have a truly global scale, by upholding existing Content Regulation requirements and meeting emergent compliance obligations. Regulatory Compliance is responsible for (a) enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace; (b) safeguarding the business against real world security risks; and (c) addressing the regulatory scrutiny the business faces.
