Job summary

Prowess Consulting is seeking a Multi Domain Compliance Program Manager to support product, engineering, and compliance teams across RA I, Privacy, Accessibility, and DMA. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, manage structured processes, and navigate complex requirements while ensuring timely compliance reviews.

This remote, full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with Pacific time zone teammates. No third-party agencies, please.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting compliance, governance, regulatory, risk, accessibility, privacy, or similar cross functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into structured tasks for engineering and product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across diverse groups and levels.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, or similar tools, for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains and support SMEs, even without deep specialization in any one domain.
• Experience contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, or compliance enablement programs.

Who You Are

As a Multi Domain Compliance Program Manager, you will play a key supporting role in helping product, engineering, and compliance teams meet requirements across several compliance domains, including Responsible AI (RAI), Privacy, Accessibility, and the Digital Markets Act (DMA), to help ensure the successful delivery of our client’s software projects.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded program manager who enjoys coordinating cross functional partners, managing structured processes, and helping teams understand and navigate compliance expectations. You will contribute to scaling responsible, safe, and compliant innovation through strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.

The Role and Responsibilities

Cross Domain Program Coordination & Support

• Support compliance teams in managing and updating feature inventories for multiple compliance programs.
• Help organize regular reviews of new features and experiences; assist in capturing decisions and tracking follow up actions.
• Partner with engineering teams to help ensure they have the right information and resources to complete required compliance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cross domain workflows and contribute suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage with compliance area owners to help make sure that each area is ready for release.

Tooling, Documentation & Guidance

• Help update compliance guidance pages, consolidate information, and ensure consistent documentation across compliance programs.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide support with ADO work items related to compliance activities, including updates and partner team follow ups.
• Prepare and share regular status updates for shiproom meetings and compliance stakeholders.
• Capture clear meeting notes, decisions, next steps, and action items to help maintain alignment across all participating teams.

Risk & Confidentiality

• Handle sensitive compliance information responsibly and follow established data protection practices.

Additional Details

• The offered pay range for this position is $105,00 – 120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
