Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; consulting experience preferred.
• 6+ years in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and large-scale modernization projects.
• Strong client relationship skills and cross-functional leadership.
• Certified Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation and operational excellence.
• Design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Manage project plans, meetings, documentation, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Analyze requirements, performance metrics, and risks; present to executives.
• Bridge business and engineering teams, ensure alignment with change controls.
• Mentor teams, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement.
