Brillio seeks an experienced AI & Engineering Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting across North America. This strategic role owns strategy and execution for AI, engineering, data, cloud, product, and GTM leadership hiring, serving as a market advisor to business leaders.

You’ll build talent maps, engage passive candidates, and influence executive hiring decisions while shaping AI-native, engineering-first teams for Brillio’s clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with deep expertise in technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for AI, Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and GTM leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent maps across AI startups, hyperscalers, product companies, research labs, and consulting firms.
• Partner with executives to define hiring strategies, priorities, and workforce plans.
• Drive candidate engagement, executive-level closing, and offer negotiations.
• Lead a high-caliber recruiting team and leverage AI-powered sourcing tools.
