Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot, and Gen AI tech. You will build intelligent automation, implement AI models, and create Gen AI applications that enhance business processes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities include building enterprise AI using Azure OpenAI, Copilot for 365, and semantic AI workflows, while mentoring engineers and advancing MLOps and governance practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• 3+ years in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
• Proven track record building enterprise AI on Azure and Gen AI tech.
• Deep experience with Azure OpenAI Service and production AI deployments.
• Expert level in Gen AI development: prompts, RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong Python/C# skills and knowledge of LLMs.
• Experience with API design, microservices, and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI services.
• Design and implement Copilot solutions including custom copilots and plugins.
• Build Gen AI applications with prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Develop intelligent workflows using Azure Agentic AI and Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate AI with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform.
• Implement Azure AI Document Intelligence for automated data extraction.
• Build vector databases and semantic search with Azure AI Search.
• Establish MLOps practices with Azure ML and Azure DevOps.
• Design scalable APIs and microservices for AI deployment.
• Create data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.
• Define AI standards, governance, security and compliance.
• Mentor AI engineers and lead POC projects.
