Job summary

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Manager, Forward-Deployed Engineer to embed with biopharma and life sciences teams, turning ambiguous challenges into working AI-driven solutions within days. You will prototype GenAI-powered apps, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor a small team of engineers.

Expect collaboration with client-facing stakeholders, rapid iteration, and close alignment with product teams to push field learnings back into the product.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading small engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js/React.js; fluency with cloud services.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating GenAI systems (LLMs, prompts, RAG).
• Real comfort with client-facing environments and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Life Sciences/biotech domain experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients and translate needs into engineered solutions.
• Prototype GenAI-powered applications and data integrations rapidly.
• Own delivery end-to-end from whiteboard to production code and handoff.
• Mentor and coach junior FDEs and help ramp up new engineers.
• Share patterns and learnings to improve products and client outcomes.
