Vestwell is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their AI Engineering organization in Austin. In this key role, you will mentor a team while defining the technical architecture for various AI platforms, fostering an environment that promotes both technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Experience building and operating production software systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
