TRANZACT is hiring a hands-on AI Engineering leader to design and scale its next-generation Conversational & Composable AI stack across Voice AI, Agentic AI, and Analytics. You will own systems-level architecture and delivery, from low-latency speech to governance, turning data assets into durable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in applied ML/AI or real-time distributed systems.
• 3+ years leading production LLM/voice solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong Python and PyTorch engineering; TypeScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Conversational AI platform architecture with low-latency goals.
• Establish scalable multi-agent patterns and SDK templates for teams.
• Lead enterprise-grade Conversational RAG and governance across stack.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists; review designs and PRs.
• Partner with Data/Platform for secure deployment and access controls.
