Cognizant is hiring a Conversational AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will build voice/chat bots, orchestrate agentic AI apps with Bedrock, and implement multi-agent workflows using AWS services and LLMs.

You will design intents, prompts, and NLU capabilities, while ensuring security, observability, and cost efficiency in production environments. This remote US role offers strong growth and impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Conversational AI platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
• Proficiency in AWS AI services and voice/chat bot tech.
• Ability to design intents, prompts, and flows for high UX quality.
• Security, data protection, and governance practices for AI.
• Experience deploying AI agents with multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI platforms and bots on AWS.
• Build agentic AI apps using Bedrock and AWS SDKs.
• Develop Generative AI solutions with tool and function calling.
• Design intents and NLU for effective user experiences.
• Monitor and optimize AI agents for latency, reliability, and cost.
