We are partnering with a leading private equity firm specializing in residential real estate and related capital markets to hire an AI Project Manager.

This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with the Head of AI Initiatives, helping drive the development, implementation, and adoption of AI across the firm.

The role combines AI project management with elements of a junior COO position. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the Head of AI Initiatives, helping organize priorities, coordinate resources, manage execution, and translate strategic initiatives into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of AI Initiatives to manage priorities and drive execution.
• Coordinate projects across technology, investment, finance, and operations teams.
• Manage AI initiatives from concept through implementation, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and external vendors.
• Develop project tracking, reporting, and organizational processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business operations, technology implementation, or a related function.
