Job summary

ORI Loan Financial Inc. (and ORI Homes, its real estate DBA) is seeking a UX designer to translate complex mortgage and CRM workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. You will craft wireframes, interactive prototypes, and reusable UI components that support both client-facing and internal processes.

The role is remote or hybrid with Bay Area preference, and open to part-time or full-time candidates. You will collaborate with AI engineering and research fintech and real estate UI/UX best

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in UX, product design, HCI, or related field.
• Basic experience with Figma or similar tools; portfolio or class project preferred.
• Strong visual design sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Design reusable UI components for client-facing and internal workflows.
• Map user journeys for loan application, document collection, and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Design reusable UI components for client-facing and internal workflows.
• Map user journeys for loan application, document collection, and follow-up.
• Work with the AI engineering intern on interfaces for AI-assisted workflows.
• Research competitor products and identify UI/UX best practices in fintech and real estate.

What we're looking for

• Current student or recent graduate in UX, product design, HCI, or a related field.
