Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with extensive AI/ML experience.
• At least 8 years (or 6 years with a Master’s) developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products affecting both associates and customers.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI software components including LM inference and governance.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions across OSS and SaaS AI technologies and optimize model performance and cost.
• Contribute to long-term AI platform strategy and roadmap at Capital One.
• Foster talent, mentor teams, and promote learning and governance across AI initiatives.
• Translate strategy into portfolio-level execution across multiple product areas while ensuring delivery discipline.
