Job summary

GliaCell Technologies seeks an AI Engineer for a full-time role on a RAD team supporting a U.S. Government customer. The position focuses on applying existing LLMs to mission workflows, building agentic AI solutions, and enhancing reporting automation within the RAD architecture.

Responsibilities include designing multi-agent AI workflows, integrating models via APIs, and ensuring robust evaluation and reliability before analyst use. Partial telework allowed, up to 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python for production-grade code.
• Experience building AI-enabled apps atop existing LLMs.
• Design of multi-agent or multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong prompt engineering and validation of outputs.
• Experience with RESTful microservices and AI integration.
• Proficient in AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate foundation models into the RAD architecture via APIs.
• Create prompts and workflows to automate mission tasks.
• Develop testing and validation strategies for AI outputs.
