Job summary

Xperteez Technology in Washington, DC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to drive mission-critical government initiatives and contribute to proprietary AI infrastructure. You will work with LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration to deliver secure, scalable ML systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage frontier AI platforms and agentic tooling while adhering to secure coding and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development including REST APIs and SDK integration.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering in production.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of cloud AI services (AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ontologies, and ETL processes.
• Strong secure coding practices and modern DevOps (CI/CD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models leveraging LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Deploy solutions on secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, Bedrock).
• Build data pipelines, ETL processes, and metadata catalogs for high-quality data.
• Create and maintain REST APIs and SDK integrations for data/model access.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering to ensure secure, compliant delivery (CI/CD).
• Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
