Job summary

GliaCell Technologies seeks an AI Engineer to support a U.S. Government contract from Annapolis Junction, MD, with partial telework up to 3 days per week. The role focuses on applying existing LLMs to mission workflows, building multi-agent AI systems, and integrating AI into RAD architecture.

You will prototype, write production-quality code, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities that enhance reporting and dissemination of intelligence data.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required; rein-stateable allowed.
• Citizenship: U.S.
• 9 years with bachelor’s or 7 years with master’s degree in relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Design multi-agent AI workflows and integrate AI into RAD architecture.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Solution Design & Development: lead design and development of AI-driven solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• LLM Integration: connect foundation models to RAD via APIs and orchestration.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow Automation: design and refine prompts to automate tasks.
• Evaluation & Reliability: create testing and validation for AI outputs.
• Collaboration & Communication: liaise with system engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
• Continuous Improvement: stay current with evolving LLM and agentic AI tech.
