Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions seeks an AI Engineer with active TS/SCI w/Polygraph to integrate AI into the RAD system. You will design multi-agent workflows, prototype AI-driven solutions, and deploy production-quality code leveraging existing LLMs via APIs.

Expect cross-functional collaboration and a focus on reliable AI outputs for mission reporting. You will stay at the forefront of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and tooling, applying new capabilities to enhance intelligence operations while

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills with production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience building apps on top of existing LLMs via APIs.
• Experience designing multi-agent or multi-step AI workflows with prompts and orchestration.
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM output evaluation/validation.
• Experience integrating AI into existing software architectures (RESTful APIs, microservices).
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI-driven solutions in the RAD architecture.
• Integrate foundation models via APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Design, test, and refine prompts to automate tasks in mission workflows.
• Develop robust testing and evaluation for AI outputs before reporting.
• Collaborate with system engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
• Stay current with evolving LLM/agentic AI landscape and apply capabilities.
