CTC Group is seeking AI Engineers to provide technical advisory and systems engineering support for AI-enabled applications within DoD environments, focusing on LLMs, agentic AI workflows, and orchestration frameworks.

You will work with government teams to develop, integrate, and evaluate AI/ML tools, review architectures, and create prototypes and documentation to drive adoption and ensure security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and evaluating AI/ML-enabled applications.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and security-focused development.
• Requires active TS/SCI with CI polygraph (within 7 years).
• Experience with DoD/IC apps is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical advisory to government teams on AI/ML-enabled tools.
• Assess AI architectures involving LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate AI frameworks for mission requirements and operational use.
• Review designs, data pipelines, and risk related to performance and security.
• Develop prototypes and engineering docs to support AI adoption.
• Support testing of AI systems including model performance and guardrails.
• Collaborate with engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities.
• Research emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
