The Position

We're looking to hire an AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership and accountability for your work.
• Alignment with FullStack's client goals and commitment to deliver.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
