The Position

We're looking to hire an AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in two main ways:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate daily with their designers and engineers.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver software solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools.
• Ability to work through complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent in English and able to work 40 hours per week.
