The Position

We're looking to hire an AI Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in two main ways:

1. Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate daily with their designers and engineers.
2. Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to clients.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and proactive attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ownership mentality and commitment to quality.
• Alignment with client goals and team commitments.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
