Etched is building hardware and software to optimize frontier AI production and supply chain decisions. You will own the development of agentic systems that translate signals into executable plans, coordinating with Platform, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and manufacturing partners.

Success is measured by ramp speed, schedules attained, and time from signal to action. This role emphasizes building agents that augment and scale teams, deploying end-to-end AI systems for S&OP, material

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based agents or AI tooling that real users depend on.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and operate AI systems that run planning, scheduling, and production coordination.
• Embed with cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage decisions and turn them into executable workflows.
• Create executable production plans considering demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and risk.
• Design agents that adapt plans as constraints evolve and ensure traceable outcomes.
• Develop historical replays and live evals tied to operating KPIs.
