nou Systems, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking an AI Engineer to build generative-AI powered software for warfighting training scenarios.

You will prototype LLM capabilities and integrate them into a multidisciplinary team spanning a web front end, data management back end, and on-prem LLM data exploration. You’ll operate in an Agile/SAFe environment, balancing cutting-edge research with production-ready software, delivering features on a 10-week cadence while collaborating closely with

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with a Master’s or higher preferred.
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with 2+ years focused on LLMs or similar generative models.
Must possess or be able to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizen.

Mansioni

Prototype new LLM-powered capabilities and integrate those capabilities into the existing software.
Work on a multidisciplinary team with a web-based front end, data backend, and on-prem LLM-powered exploration.
Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and other developers in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Deliver capabilities to end users on a 10-week cadence and elicit end-user needs.
