Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to design, prototype, and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into the RAD architecture. This role centers on applying existing large language models to mission workflows rather than training new models.

You will build agentic solutions and multi-agent prompts that automate tasks, streamline reporting, and enhance intelligence operations in collaboration with system and software engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills and production-quality code.
• Experience building apps on top of LLMs via APIs.
• Design multi-agent AI workflows with prompt chaining and orchestration.
• Evaluate and validate LLM outputs for reliability.
• Integrate AI capabilities into RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Solution Design & Development: lead AI-driven solution design from concept to deployment.
• LLM Integration: connect foundation models to the RAD architecture via APIs.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow Automation: craft prompts and automate tasks.
• Evaluation & Reliability: develop testing and validation for AI outputs.
• Collaboration: liaise with system engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
• Continuous Improvement: stay current with LLM and agentic AI developments.
