You will own use cases end-to-end from discovery to launch, with a strong emphasis on safety and governance. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software/AI engineering or related roles
• Hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model APIs
• Strong Python or other backend language skills
• Experience deploying production APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Translate business needs into AI products
• Understanding responsible AI concepts and governance

Responsibilities

• Discover and prioritize AI use cases across internal tools and customer features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into AI solutions
• Prototype AI agents, LLM apps, and automation workflows
• Productionize AI use cases with monitoring, guardrails, and ownership
• Develop prompt management patterns and evaluation workflows
• Measure AI impact on adoption, cost, and customer experience
