• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering and software development.
• Strong fundamentals in ML, including classification, regression, clustering and deep learning architectures.
• Hands-on with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML systems workflow from training pipelines through deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps Engineers to productionize prototypes.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, inference, and deployment.
• Package and deploy models using established MLOps practices.
• Monitor models for drift, performance, and reliability; troubleshoot production issues.
• Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and alerting for AI services.
• Write clean, well-documented code for AI/ML models and data preprocessing workflows.
• Continuously optimize AI application performance and scalability.
• Support integration of AI models into enterprise workflows and platforms.
• Contribute to documentation and explainability for business stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, fairness, and security standards are followed.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applicability.
• Establish observability and incident response strategies for AI services.
