Job summary

FedEx Dataworks is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enable intelligent automation and advanced analytics across the enterprise.

You will build scalable AI systems, implement ML pipelines, and collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Ops, and Platform teams to move models from prototype to production, with strong emphasis on observability, SLOs, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years IT information security experience and/or equivalent exposure to secure AI workloads.
• Strong coding skills and practical ML/AI deployment experience.
