FedEx Dataworks is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions across the enterprise. You will build scalable AI systems, including AI Agents and data pipelines, and integrate AI models into business applications with production-grade code.

You will work with Data Scientists, ML Ops, and Platform teams to move models from prototype to production, ensuring governance, observability, and reliable operations for all AI services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT security knowledge and ability to interface with security teams.
• Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering discipline.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and pipelines across enterprise systems.
• Build robust ML pipelines for training, validation, inference, and deployment; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Ops, and Platform teams to productionize models.
• Establish and govern SLOs, observability, incident response, and rollback strategies for AI services.
• Ensure governance, fairness, and security standards across deployed AI systems.
