Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, info systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years Python; experience with C#, C++, MATLAB.
• Experience integrating software via APIs and scripting interfaces.
• Experience automating engineering apps such as ANSYS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB, Creo, SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and data visualization software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve engineering processes and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and automation opportunities.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI-driven tools including dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with engineering teams to turn concepts into usable tools.
• Train teams on AI tools, best practices, and responsible AI usage.
• Create user guides and documentation to support AI adoption.
