Synechron is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer (Generative AI) to lead enterprise-scale GenAI solutions for document summarization and conversational AI across multiple lines of business. You will design, build, and implement scalable AI applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer (Generative AI) to lead the development of enterprise-scale solutions focused on document summarization and conversational AI across multiple lines of business. This role requires a strong technical leader who can design, build, and implement scalable GenAI applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Hudson, NJ is $90k-$105/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions
• Build summarization engines and chatbot applications

• Ensure compliance with Model Governance and Model Risk Management standards
• Partner with business, IT, and external teams for successful delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
