Job summary

Synechron is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications. You will work on Generative AI solutions, frontend and backend systems, and cloud data platforms, leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases.

The role involves building scalable services with Python, Node.js and Java, and collaborating across product, data and UI/UX teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience in building Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel and Vector Databases.
• Solid frontend development experience with React (Preferred), Angular.
• Experience with ETL processes and MongoDB

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
• Build and maintain intelligent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop and integrate solutions with vector databases and Azure AI Search for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, and Java, following REST API and Microservices architecture principles.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Full Stack Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in Generative AI solutions, full stack application development, backend services, and cloud-based data platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, scalable backend systems, and AI/ML frameworks to build innovative, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/ Dallas, TX is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Requirements:

• Strong hands‑on experience in building Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel and Vector Databases.
• Solid frontend development experience with React (Preferred), Angular.
• Experience with ETL processes and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Data engineering, API design and integration, Database design, Scalability, Security best practices and Performance optimization

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience deploying AI and full stack applications in Azure cloud environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization tools
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and distributed systems
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
