Superhuman is seeking a backend software engineer to advance the MCP layer and agentic workflows within Superhuman Mail. You will help design scalable personalization and evaluation systems while shipping AI features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4-6+ years of backend experience and a track record of deploying LLM-powered features. The role is fully remote for candidates in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico, with competitive pay and local benefits via an EOR.
