Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a backend-focused software engineer with experience shipping LLM-powered features. You will help design agentic workflows and personalization at scale within Superhuman Mail, collaborating across teams to provide AI building blocks and select suitable models for various tasks.

Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years of backend experience, a track record of production-grade AI features, and a bias toward action in ambiguous scenarios.
