Zusammenfassung

Superhuman is hiring a senior backend engineer to build and scale MCP infrastructure, agentic workflows, and personalized AI features. You will design production-grade systems powered by LLMs, and develop evaluation frameworks to monitor performance and catch regressions.

The role requires 4–6+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python or TypeScript skills (Go is a plus), and hands-on experience delivering production AI applications.

• Competitive annual base salary ranging from CA$128,000 to CA$210,000 plus equity.
