Thomson Reuters is seeking an AI-focused tax/audit professional in the United States to blend tax expertise with AI tooling. You will co-create automations, validate accuracy, and deliver solutions directly to clients while collaborating with engineers and domain experts.

The role emphasizes prompt engineering, data-driven evaluation, and strong communication with tax leaders, engineers, and clients. A hybrid work model and ongoing professional development support your growth.

Formación

• Five+ years in public accounting, corporate tax or audit with a relevant credential (CPA/EA/CIA) or equivalent depth of experience.
• Experience applying AI to tax/audit work, including prompts or agents and AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot.
• Experience delivering at least one automation/tool used by others, plus building evaluation datasets and test harnesses.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with public accounting firms and corporate tax departments to understand workflows and define outcomes.
• Design AI-enabled solutions with controls for accuracy, risk, and professional standards.
• Build prompts, AI agent instructions, prototypes, and automations using AI tools and low-code platforms.
• Own AI evaluation by creating reference datasets and validating outputs before deployment.
• Support client demonstrations and early discussions by showing AI value for tax/audit challenges.
• Develop reusable prompts and automations for return review, workpaper prep, K-1 processing, tax provision, and audit testing.
• Collaborate with Thomson Reuters experts to align with product capabilities and professional standards.
