Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to connect AI workflows with Thomson Reuters tax and audit products and client enterprise systems. You will own enterprise integrations from scoping through delivery, building data pipelines and enabling AI agents to access ERP systems.

You will collaborate with accounting firms and tax departments, delivering reusable assets, automated tests, and clear documentation. A hybrid work model and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, middleware or enterprise system connectivity.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or C#.NET; solid SQL skills.
• Experience building REST APIs, event-driven integrations and file or batch-based data exchanges.
• Hands-on experience building AI data pipelines: document parsing, chunking, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval quality.
• Experience integrating ERP/financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Experience deploying cloud apps on AWS or Azure with automated build/deploy pipelines and containers.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and finance stakeholders and own delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise integrations connecting AI solutions with Thomson Reuters products and ERP systems.
• Build reliable data and retrieval pipelines supporting chunking, embeddings and vector search.
• Enable AI agents to interact with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP servers and connectors.
• Own data and output quality with readiness standards, schema validation and model-assisted evaluations.
• Protect client information through secure authentication, SSO, tenant separation and least privilege access.
• Create reusable integration assets with automated tests, documentation and deployment patterns.
• Ensure production reliability via monitoring, failure handling and operation runbooks.
