Job summary

STLabs is building an AI-driven IT service management platform and seeks engineers to design, build, and deploy ML systems that power the intelligence layer. You’ll tackle NLP for tickets, knowledge extraction, workflow automation, and insights from IT data.

You will own end-to-end ML pipelines, explore LLMs and RAG, and collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-first features at scale in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI or related field; PhD a plus.
• Strong Python software fundamentals and ML framework experience.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, information retrieval, or graph/time-series forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and productionize ML models for ITSM use cases.
• Build scalable training and inference pipelines integrated into the platform.
• Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG for knowledge and automation.
• Partner with engineers and PMs to define AI-first features.
• Evaluate performance, optimize, and ensure reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Stay current with ML advances and apply them pragmatically.
